Compound fertilizer production line:
Compound fertilizer refers to the chemical fertilizer that contains two or more elements. The most important elements of compound fertilizer are nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. If you want to make pellet fertilizer, you must buy compound fertilizer granulators for your fertilizer making line. Shunxin recommends three granulating machines for you to refer: disc pan granulator, rotary drum granulator and double roller compactor.
Organic fertilizer production line:

Organic and inorganic fertilizer production lines:
Organic and inorganic fertilizer contains both organic and inorganic components. To be honest, this organic and inorganic fertilizer producing flow is similar to the organic fertilizer making line. In general, you need a batching machine for an organic and inorganic fertilizer production flow. However, if it is a pure organic fertilizer producing flow, a batching machine is not a must. Compound granular fertilizer production line:
The complete fertilizer facilities include crushing machine, batching machine, mixing machine, granulating machine, drying machine, cooling machine, coating machine and packing machine. However, if you choose a double roller granulator for your fertilizer production flow, you don’t need to assemble a drying and cooling machine in the fertilizer producing line. Notice: the moisture content of the raw material for a roller compactor should be at the range of 5%~10%.
Organic powder fertilizer production line:
Dewatering machine, fermentation pot or compost turner, crushing machine, screening machine and packing machine are included in a complete organic powder fertilizer production flow.
Organic granular fertilizer production line:
An organic granular fertilizer making line is more complex than an organic powder fertilizer production flow. A granular fertilizer making flow consists of a dewatering machine, fermentation pot or compost turner, crushing machine, screening machine, fertilizer mixing machine, Shunxin granulators, dryer, cooling machine, coating machine and packing machine.
For the two kinds of organic fertilizer producing lines, there are 2 points that you should notice. Firstly, the dewatering machine is not a necessary machine for the fertilizer production line. If your raw material is too wet, you can use a dewatering machine to reduce the moisture content of it. Secondly, after the crushing process, if you want to add some inorganic matters in the raw material, you can install a batching machine before the screening machine.
BB fertilizer production line:
A dynamic batching machine or static batching machine, BB fertilizer mixer machine and packing machine are needed by a bulk blending fertilizer production line. This fertilizer is pretty simple. There is one thing that you should notice: in order to make it convenient to convey the batched material to the BB fertilizer mixing machine, Shunxin suggests you should install the batching machine under the ground. That is to say, you must dig a pit on the ground.
