Double bucket scale

Double bucket scales share a same working principle single bucket scales. Equipped with two weighing buckets, double bucket scales can achieve continuous work. When one weighing bucket is discharging, another weighing bucket will weigh materials at the same time.

Powder packing machine

Powdery materials can block the discharge port easily due to their physical properties. If the discharge port is blocked, the discharging speed will become very slow. That will affect weighing accuracy of the machine. In order to solve this problem, Shunxin has designed a sloping belt conveyor in the weighing bucket of the packing powder machine. If your material is powdery, Shunxin recommends that you choose the Shunxin bucket packaging scales. If you choose a no-bucket packing scale, you have to install a storage hopper on the automatic scale. However, there is also no belt drive in the storage hopper, which means it is easy to be blocked by the material.

Pellet packing machine

Compared with powder materials, the fluidity of pellet materials is better. Therefore, unlike the powder packaging scale, there is no need of a belt device. Storage hopper:

Weighing hopper:
